The best way to learn this info is to find valuable work experience before graduating, yet all too often, minority students hit graduation with nothing other than academic experience on their resumes. This cycle perpetuates, and without proper mentorship, many of these highly qualified students end up left behind.
The Takeoff Institute is designed to equip Black undergraduate students with the resources and mentorship they need to launch a successful young professional journey. In ten years, every Black undergraduate in the country will go through a component of our curriculum.
