Our Mission
By giving students the fundamentals and skills that all jobs require (attention to detail, effective communication, collaboration, etc.) The Takeoff Institute will empower black undergraduate students across the country to launch their careers and succeed after graduation.
The 2020 Takeoff Institute Fellowship created 50 internships that allowed Fellows to complete an in-depth analysis and final presentation with an Advisor this summer. These 50 projects will not only build sharper, more experienced candidates, but will also forge stronger connections between mentors and future leaders in the Black community.
